Registration, Registration Fees

Registration

Each participant is kindly asked to complete and return the attached registration form and send the conference fee. Photocopies of the original Registration Form may be used.

Registration can be done in the following ways, but will not be accepted by telephone:

Please register via internet no later than 20th June, 2007.

The registration can be accepted only if credit card information is supplied or a copy of payment advise is sent to the Symposium Office.

SYMPOSIUM OFFICE (Institute of Chemical Technology, Technická 5)

The Office will provide registration and information during the Symposium.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

The organizers are willing to assist wherever possible with special needs. E.g., if you need a vegetarian diet, please indicate this in the Registration Form.

REGISTRATION FEES

The deadline for payment the registration fee for those submitting an abstract is 15st May, 2007.

The Registration Fees include the Value Added Tax of 19%.

*) The student participants are requested to submit a copy of their ID card.

The Registration Fees for participants and students include:

  • Book of Abstracts, List of Participants, Bag, Local information materials
  • The attendance to all sessions
  • Public transport ticket
  • Evening symphony concert
  • Four lunches
  • Refreshments as served during the coffee breaks
  • Drinks and snacks during the poster sessions
  • Welcome mixer
  • Farewell
  • On-site internet access

The Registration Fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Local information materials
  • Public transport ticket
  • Evening symphony concert
  • Four lunches
  • Welcome mixer
  • Farewell

Payment by credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Eurocard, American Express) is preferred.

On payment by bank transfer, bank fees (i.e. bank commission, bank transfer fee etc.) must be payed by the participant.
The invoice will be sent to the participants by-email after recieving their Registration Form by the Symposium Office.

On payments after 30th June, 2007, the participants are kindly asked to proof the payment at the Symposium Office when claiming their symposium materials.

The participants who will pay the conference fee before 20th June, 2007 will get access to view all abstracts on the internet which will be available since 1st July, 2007.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration may be cancelled before 30th June, 2007 and the conference fee will be refunded minus € 60 administration fee. Refunds are not possible after this date. All refunds will be processed after the Symposium.

If the Symposium is cancelled for whatever reasons, fees paid will be refunded minus administration fee.
