Short abstract:
Reference element (pellistor-compensator) is formed from a coil of the platinum wire.The platinum wire coil is embedded within a ceramic material (for example Al2O3). An amorphous gold layer is formed on the ceramic pellet and with a glass-layer is covered on the outside of the element.
