In addition to further study in a Master degree programme in related branches, graduates can pursue careers in the pharmaceuticals and chemical production industries and in development and research companies or laboratories focused on chemical or pharmaceutical technology.

Students can also learn about materials corrosion and prevention, the application of hybrid and biomaterials, and the surface functionalization of materials.

Uplatnění

If graduates decide not to pursue a Master degree, they will find employment in the production and processing of materials industrial sector. Graduates will have sufficient knowledge to apply for positions in R&D companies or laboratories focused on the testing and quality control of materials.

The specialization Chemistry focuses on the knowledge of the physico-chemical principles of chemical and biochemical processes and on the understanding of the fundamentals of inorganic and organic synthesis.

Uplatnění

Graduates can pursue subsequent Master degree studies focused on the natural sciences, either at UCT Prague or abroad. Graduates have excellent theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and experience in basic natural scientific disciplines.
