Join the Empowering Equity Academy in Luxembourg to explore a career in venture capital or private equity in Europe.

UCT Prague in partnership with the investment arm of the EU Bank - the European Investment Fund (EIF), one of the largest European investor in the venture capital and private equity, invites you to join the Empowering Equity Academy 2024. We want to empower women studying STEMs & sustainability subjects to consider entering the equity investment markets, as the European market is missing mindsets and skillsets that can really drive the investment space 

Benefit from the specialized training provided by the European Investment Fund experts in Luxembourg. Next to providing a solid basis in terms of venture capital and private equity specific technical background, the programme offers a real-life exposure to the risk capital markets. Selected participants will take part in the annual EIF flagship event focused on the venture capital markets, “Ugly Duck”,  gain insights in case studies derived from real life situations, and build networks with industry professionals in face-to-face interaction. Alongside the Ugly Duck event, the EIB Group will present current career opportunities to the participants.
