How do I submit SIGA?

Important dates:

  • Application opening:                           December 1, 2025
  • Application deadline:                       December 15, 2025, 2:00 PM
  • Results announced:                             January 31, 2026
  • Projects start:                                         February 1, 2026

How to submit the application form

Submit via the application here, which can also be found on the intranet in the MIS system - EPZ (Projects and Orders Register) tab.

The application form in the electronic system must be completed by the principal researcher, who will also become the owner of the application. The application cannot be submitted on behalf of someone else!

For each tab and item in the application, there is always a help text explaining how to fill in the given field and what information it should contain. Follow the provided instructions carefully—incorrect or incomplete information may result in a lower evaluation of your project by the committee.

No attachments need to be added to the application; all required information is included directly within the system.

Tips for submitting your application:

Make sure to set aside enough time to complete the application and think carefully about what you want to include in each section. You can return to a draft application later — we recommend reviewing it again after a short break.
Be concise and specific so that the committee can gain a clear understanding of your project and intentions.
Fill out the electronic application well in advance, not at the last minute. Before the final deadline, the administrator may return your submitted application for revision if any formal issues are found (after the deadline, this is no longer possible).
Don’t forget to submit the application in the system! Projects marked as “In Progress” cannot be forwarded to the committee for evaluation.
