Provision and use of Financial Support, the Dedication of the Project outcomes, Rights and obligations - please read the translation of:

  • AGREEMENT on the terms and conditions of the use of financial support for a research student scientific project accepted for realization by the grant agency of UCT Prague – see the binding text in MIS-EPZ in competition details (General information – Agenda Call)

  • Rules for the use of funds of iga student scientific project (see below)

  • Proposal for a change in the project (Návrh na změnu v projektu) – the researcher submits the filled in form (comments) in MIS – EPZ – on the project detail - tab Project reports. In case of a change of the principal investigator, the researcher informs the contact persons of the 965 Research and Technology Transfer Office (Oddělení pro výzkum a transfer technologií) (veronika.popova@vscht.cz).

  • OBD – Entering results from VIGA (scientific IGA projects) in the OBD:

Only S funding can be used. IGA Funder is MŠMT (Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports).

1.    Type of funding for RIV: S (Specific research)
2.    Find – select the number of the specific IGA project from the list of projects (e.g., A2_FCHT_2025_123) – Attention! When entering manually without confirmation, the transfer to EPZ does not work. Only selection from the list works (confirm by clicking on Find and on the entire row below – see the third image of the illustrated guideline bellow).
3. When you return after selecting from the list, you should see the source of funding in the table
e.g.:  S - Specific research IGS VSCHT project name A2_FCHT_2025_123 etc.
If you cannot find your project in the OBD project list, enter general funding S and write the project dedication in the funding description. However, the output entered in this way will not be automatically linked to your project in EPZ, and you will have to add the output to the final report manually.
ATTENTION: after entering/correcting the result in OBD, you must wait for an overnight data synchronization – only after the synchronization should you generate the final report in EPZ.
 

If, as a doctoral candidate, you enter the results into the OBD and terminate your tenure at UCT, Prague, transfer ownership of the OBD results to your supervisor so that any incomplete or incorrect entries can be supplemented/corrected.

  • Dedication of the Project outcomes shall be as follows:

Czech version: „Tento výstup vznikl v rámci projektu Specifického vysokoškolského výzkumu – projekt č. xxxxxxxxxxxxx“

English version: „This work was supported from the grant of Specific university research – grant No xxxxxx“. Fill in the project application number from IGA, e.g. A2_FCHT_2026_123.
